I am currently in-network with BCBS insurance. The cost of sessions will depend on your plan. For clients with other insurances or who wish to use self-pay, appointment fees are:
$175 1 1/2 hours initial appointment
$150 for 50-minute follow up
$100 for 30-minute follow up
Appointment Information
Credit, debit, HSA, FSA, cash, and direct deposit are accepted methods of payment. Individualized Nutrition can provide superbills for out of network or single case agreement/gap exemption reimbursement for insurance plans other than BCBS. If cost is a barrier, please contact the office directly.
Office Information
Services are provided at my Vickery Blvd office or by HIPAA-compliant video call. The clinic features chairs and sofas with a variety of widths and fidget/stim toys. There are no artificial fragrances in my end of the building, and it is newly renovated. I often being my small service doodle, Penny, to work with me.
